Jailbroken iPhone 3gs- No Service

I did jailbreak with ultrasn0w, installed Cydia and untethered using P0sixspwn in my iphone 3gs. Modem Firmware is 06.15.00. Carrier not available. ICCID available. Phone service not available If I changed Airplane mode ON and OFF frequently for 6, 7 times, only searching and then changing to 'No Service'. Kindly guide me to fix this problem.

Are you attempting to use an iPhone locked to a specific carrier on another carrier?

He upgraded the baseband to the iPad baseband, 6.15.00, so he could unlock it with UltraSn0w. It unlocks the phone to work with another carrier but the unlock isn't permanent.
