How to transfer contacts from Samsung s4 to iPad with iOS 5.1.1

My contacts are stored in Samsung s4 now I want to transfer contacts to my iPad with iOS 5.1.1 through google+ but I am not able to download google+ apps in iPad because it required iOS 6 and my iPad is old version therefore software updating is not possible.

Unless you can get your contacts backed up on your computer and then set up an iCloud acct for your iPad I am not sure you can do this. You might have to go to a store that has a machine that for a fee they can transfer your contacts from one device to the other.
