IOS 6.1.2 Jailbroken - no SMS notifications

I can't seem to figure this out. I have BiteSMS installed and have had the same set up for some time now. Last week the notifications stopped showing up on any screen. The icon badge shows the message counter.

I go into Notifications screen and put the Alerts on. Then I'll go and do something else and when I come back to the home screen there will be a message waiting on the Bite app. When I go back into the Notifications screen the Alerts and banners are turned off.

Anyone have a clue how to change this.

I really don't know anything about this issue but you can fix it with a restore.
