I bought my new Ipad air 16 gb wifi in 21/1/2014 from shop in syria and when enter the site [redacted] to see the Warranty Expiration date I was surprised when i saw ((Warranty Exp: january 19 , 2015 )) after that I do jailbreak and install itools to check the Warranty more time
    but i see ((purchased : january 19,2014 and warranty exp : january 19,2015 ))

Did you buy this product from an Apple store? If not, there's no telling when it was activated and by whom. If you did buy it at an Apple store, take your receipt to them and show them that the item was purchased NEW and that the warranty should reflect the day the item was purchased.

Bought an Archos 5 with SSD new from Amazon and it had someone elses music and photo on it. I am not kidding you. Knowing this, they probably told a little white-lie to get you to pay 'New" pricing. Is it wrong - most definitely yes. Will it stop - most definitely no.

Because of the nature in which you bought it, there's really nothing you can do. Just be thankful that your warranty period was only off by a couple of days, and not a couple of months!

Whomever you purchased it from, you need to take the issue up with them. In the future, it is recommended that you purchase either from Apple or from a reputable wireless carrier.

Again, because of the nature in which you bought it, you're stuck with it...the damage is not going to be covered by Apple, and the warranty depletion is on the store you bought it from, so any issues with that would have to be addressed to them.
