No need two phones, plus insurance one "sucks" never rings ! How can I maximize return of this phone and can I? Sorry still stuck in 80's

If you received a replacement device via an insurance claim, the recovered device should be sent to the insurance company that provided the replacement device... it's in your insurance contract if you want to bother to read it... that would be the ethically/morally correct thing to do...

If you have insurance from the carrier, call them. If it's from Apple Care, call Apple. They should give you a couple of options.
