5S email screen is frozen

I've been using my phone and the email page just froze. I can do everything else on the phone, but when I go to mailboxes and try to highlight an email or move anything, the screen is frozen--any ideas?

No, but can you remove the app from the list of recently used apps and reboot your device? Afterwards, try to going back to your email and finishing what you were doing before the crash.

I hope the advice you were given works and I bet it will especially make sure you close the app and not just reboot. If for some reason it does not you might have to decide to delete the mail acct and re add it.
