Only options to unlock the iDevice is through the original carrier it was used for and it will be based on their stipulations.

If you're not on a 3G, 3GS or 4, you will not be able to unlock via ultrasn0w. Those days are long gone!

Cause a bootrom exploit hasn't been found for the A5 & up. Plus the baseband hasn't been dumped from the 4S, 5, 5S to find an unlock.
