My dad has got iphone5 when he puts a contact but one he's dome them it disappears is there a wY I can stop this from happening

Have your dad reboot the phone. Specifically, have him hold both the home & power button simultaneously unit he sees the Apple logo and then release the buttons. After it boots to the home screen, have him create a contact.

This may sound a little silly...just make sure after each contact you add you tap the DONE in the top right corner of the contact page.
