Pandora not showing option to downloading between thumbs up

Pandora downloader doesn't have a download option on iPad 2 iOS 7.0.4 it worked well on my iPhone 4S iOS same...pandora is 5.1...harrisonapps.com/repo was the source I dl from. Can anyone help
