    I cannot figure out how to turn the sound on. Have vibrate but no sound. Any ideas? Been through settings a lot, with no luck.

    The mute switch is a toggle located on the side of your phone. If you see orange then you have it set to mute. When you flip the switch you will no longer see the orange line and you will have the capability of hearing the alerts. You might also make sure that your volume is turned up. Press on the up volume buttons located directly below the toggle.
