    We are trying to download a movie. In the past, no problem, but today it is taking up to 13 hours to download!!!! Can anyone help please?

    Is your internet slow? Try reseting the router.

    There is really nothing that we can do. You can, however, try pausing the download and then resuming the download to see if that helps.

    There are so many variables that could be causing this...most of which have nothing to do with the Apple TV itself. It's been suggested to reset your router, if that doesn't work, it could also be a server problem with iTunes (or whatever movie source you're trying to DL from)...you'd have to give us a lot more information in order to legitimately help (if we can at all).
