Every couple of days I have to go through and "turn off" the apps that I do not want to backup to icloud. What is causing this? It is very annoying because it takes up all my icloud space.

I don't know. Maybe it's a bug or a fail safe mechanism. Far too many people claim they are certain about making removing something and then cry foul and want to blame the manufacturer when they later realize they need what they themselves deliberately removed.

Definatly not pointing a finger at Apple, just trying to figure out if I have a setting that I am not seeing that is incorrect. I have even deleted the backup and re did it and it still does it.

Some apps might have a setting for backing up to iCloud so check those
