    I was following your instructions for reporting an unauthorized itunes in app purchase. The instructions said I would be routed to an apple sign in page. That never happened. I was only sent back to the original account summary page. Any idea how to complete this process from here?

    I was checking that out and this is what happens. https://getsupport.apple.com/ServiceOptionAction.action
    Either an appointment at the Genius Bar or email. If this is time consuming they may want to call Apple by phone as that will be quicker.
