Low light video quality

Low light video even with flash on the iphone 5s is so dull !! Any fix available for it ?
No problems with low light image quality .

Possibly try a few camera apps to help with the low light video like ProCamera.

The low-light video issue is well-known on the 5s.
If you don't mind a bit of tampering with the exposure you should be able to fix it.
