Why does Siri frequently fail to make phone calls?

why does siri frequently fail to make phone calls? it works sometimes but more often she cannot make the call right now. frustrating. I can dial out fine but if I am driving I want siri to dial for me. this is on the 5C with the 7.0.4 update. contacts in my cloud are on. any idea?

Two reasons this could be accruing is a low data signal or the server Siri uses is experiencing heavy traffic

She doesn't like you. Try talking soft and sweet to her, butter her up a little before making demands...she's a lady after all (unless she's a man, then I can't help you).

As stated already, probably a weak data signal. Siri works every time when I use it to make phone calls.

Sounds like its your data, as they have said.

Siri works 99.9% of the time for me. Check your connection. I know many in the media bash siri but I really have no problems.
