iOS 7 dock, folders and lock screen has changed to a funny colour

Hey everyone so my iOS 7 dock, folders and lock screen has now changed colour after install a few jailbreak tweaks. I have since restored from the jailbreak but still is all the same. Any one got any ideas on how to fix this?
The dock is a slimy green
The lock screen is grey
And the folders are greenish

i believe it's relative to your background wallpaper. you probably just never noticed before

change your WP now and see..

Then how my girlfriends iPhone looks after apply identical wallpapers (like my first three images)
