Getting 4s icloud backup onto new 5s

When setting up my new iphone 5s, i called it a new phone. Perhaps should have selected Restore... in order to get prompts for my 4s icloud backup? as it stands, no prompting for accessing contents saved in icloud. help?

With your iPhone 5S, go to Settings -> General -> Reset and then select "Erase All Contents and Settings". Afterward the process is complete, you will be prompted to enter the desired language for the device. Anyway, follow the prompts and answer accordingly. When it prompts you to restore from an iCloud / ITunes back or set up as new, select to restore from iCloud.
