compass problems in Iphone 5s

I do have a real problem with my Iphone 5s. Compass it stops working and remains fixed to 358 grades.
How can I fix that problem?

I have problems with my compass on Iphone 5s. After each calibration it remains fixed on 358 degrees. And that happens already several times.
