DFU Mode - Windows can't find the driver

Hi,
i need to put my iPad 4 to DFU mode, i'm doing everything right (think so), but iTunes window doesn't show up and it says it can't find the driver for Apple Mobile Device (DFU mode). I restarted Apple Mobile Device and PC as well. I'm on win 7.

Try repairing iTunes. Just download the file from iTunes.com and then click on it and click repair.

Did, but still not working.
I've watched thousands videos about how to get to DFU Mode, i know exactly how to enter it but it doesn't work. Also downloaded redsn0w but my device can't be find.
I can't turn my iPad on, its stucked on Apple logo Please help guys.
