    Not sure there is a solution but here goes. My daughters phone was dying so I tried to make an appointment for the Genius Bar from her phone. I kept getting an error saying "We're sorry. This service is momentarily unavailable. Please try again later". I then tried from my phone and got the same thing. I tried a few times and wound up making 2 separate appointments! I have since fixed her issue. I managed to back her almost dead phone up and loaded her stuff onto my old 4s. Now I can't seem to be able to cancel our 2 appointments. I keep getting the same error message. Does anyone know of a way to cancel appointments online? There is only the option to make an appointment, not cancel.

    Call the store... cancel the old fashioned way.

    I tried that. No one answered so I'm assuming that the store is mobbed. The store is closed now so I'll try to call tomorrow. Just thought there could be another online way to cancel.
