icloud back up!

took my phone the the apple hsop the day and the man backed up everything on my icloud but its asking me to pick the latest backup but it wont let me tap on any of them... what do i do?

If you're still at the Apple Store, have them restore it for you. If not, and I'm assuming you have a new or replacement device and is using it for the first time. If so, make sure you're connected to the internet (via Wi-Fi is recommended). If you are and are going through the setup process, you should be prompted to restore via iCloud or iTunes. Select iCloud and then sign in to your iCloud account. Choose the latest backup. It will begin to restore the iCloud backup you made while at the Apple Store. If not, reboot your device and try again.
