5s setup

I have followed the instructions for setting up my new iphone 5s, restoring a backup of my old iphone from iTunes. All instructions state that once complete the phone will restart, but mine just remains in the set up screens. I repeated the set up in case it hadn't completed, but this still hasn't triggered the phone to restart. Help?

What screen exactly is it getting stuck on? Do you have any iCloud backups you can use?
