Siri often responds saying she cannot take any requests right now. Why does this continue to happen?

My guess would be the servers are busy.

Either the servers are busy or you have a slow connection.

Yes the service gets busy now and again slow connection will effect the speed at which she responds

She also learns from you so her usage should get better with time

This is a very busy time of year for network traffic...you're simply experiencing this unfortunately. I also experienced it over the Thanksgiving weekend.

Same here, I'll get it occasionally while I'm walking. Could be the area has a slow network or the servers are busy.
