    Good morning:

    I recently bought a new IPhone and set up my gmail and Outlook accounts on the phone - for some reason, my email is not getting through - I keep getting the message that the connection to the server failed. How can I fix this?

    1. Are you connected to the internet, whether via Wi-Fi or cellular?
    2. Is there possibly a problem with the service in your area?
    3. Make sure you're not in Airplane Mode.
    4. Try rebooting your device.
