Ipad Mini

I have an iphone 5s with Vodafone which is okay and also have an ipad mini on Vodafone and 3g coverage is not great. Would 3 be a better bet for my ipad.

I think he might be referring to the carrier called "3".

Either way it data speeds will still vary based on where you live and what carriers are available in your area.
