Presenting with iPad

I have 2 presentation related questions

1. I have a MacBook Air with Mavericks and the 4th Gen iPad. What would be a good way to turn my iPad into a Presenter View screen?

2. I have a 4th Gen iPad. I want to do a demo of software on the iPad and share the screen to remote views. What is a good way to accomplish this? I will be presenting from a Windows computer for this.

re #1... Using Keynote on an iPad while it's airplaying either via an AppleTV or directly to an airplay ready a larger screen device can be done with the iPad being a presenter screen with notes, etc... There's tutorials etc. on Apple's support web site - and sometimes they'll do GeniusBar sessions in Apple stores to cover the how-to... or an individual appointment with a GeniusBar will fill in all the details.

re#2... I'm not sure if that's possible... again, it might be a subject a GeniusBar can help out with.
