Have ipad air, consistently can't connect to App Store or itunes. Some times in Safari, I get what looks like HTML commands on screen in stead of graphics. Many times graphic is blank or empty. Sometime if wait 15 seconds and do restore screen in safari the screen straighten up correctly.. What is going on? This is my third ipad and fourth iphone, and never had these problems.

Try a fresh restore or take it back to apple
