Can I update from IOS 5.1.1 to 6.1.2 instead of 6.1.3 with SHSH blobs

I have been looking at a ton of articles of people asking the same thing. All of them say it can't be done. I have my 6.1.2 SHSH blobs saved and have the 6.1.2 ispw also just not sure what to do now. I could really use a detailed explanation of what to do. I know there's a semi-tethered jailbreak for 6.1.3 and if I cant get full untethered on 6.1.2 then I will do that. But I really want untethered so please help.
