As already replied not really - with me it is a trust factor. I bought my 4S from my local Apple store because it was my first and wanted the "Experts" And today I finally picked up my 5S from the same Apple store and once again I had a good experience with them on my 4S and the same today. All I had them do was help me with the ID Touch setup and was gone in 1/2 hour. I stopped at the Zagg Kiosk outside the Apple store and had a Screen Protector installed and back home. So with me it was just Trust and the fact that I was getting Applecare+ as well.
