Sadly these don't work in all markets....such as Canada.

You have several choices to get radio on your iPhone. Arguably, the two most popular apps are:

1. TuneIn Radio
2. iHeart Radio

Both will let you tune in to radio stations from a great deal of places.

+1 I use my sister's subscription. Her kids use my Netflix on her iPad, so I use her XM subscription on my phone.

I actually tried out iTunes Radio this weekend when I was cleaning the barn out while my horses ate. Classical music makes them calmer when I work around them and I really liked the radio. Apart from one commercial for every few songs, it wasn't bad. The music selection was great and the channels were similar to Sirius.

Rdio is a great choice in Canada. That's not so much 'radio' as it is streaming music but still a good choice. Personally, for radio options I use TuneIn.
