    Excuse me but would you mind telling me how to factory unlock my iPhone 4. I am having so much trouble trying to find out how to unlock it so do you mind helping me out. I just want to chang the plan for my phone and it's on factory lock so tell me how to take it off. THANK YOU!

    If it is no longer on contract, just contact the carrier.

    This is a task that you cannot do on your own. You have to ask your carrier and even under contract, If you are a long standing and good customer with your carrier they may do so. It is what I did and VZW unlocked mine but I only did it to make it more advantagious so when I sell it to get my 5S which worked. As soon as I get my 5S I have a deposit and much more than I thought I would get for my 4S.
