why am i having problem streaming video on my apple tv

Everything was working then last week streaming from Apple store sloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooowed down giving a message 45 and up mins to wait. Meanwhile I can go to netflix and it works fine. I have tried unplugging it, restarting my internet and so on. I have shows i have paid for and can't watch =( help
