When connected to my computer, the iPhone (ios7.0.3) started uploading all the photos I just deleted BACK ONTO MY PHONE. There is no way to delete these 310 photos now. You cannot select that album to delete it. You cannot bring up one photo at a time and delete. This is getting a little silly and truly aggravates people trying to free up space so their phone runs better.

http://forums.imore.com/guides-how-t...ml#post2120705 That said though, If this is a ongoing problem for you, you may wish to disable auto syncing of photos in iTunes. I realize that's not the best solution but it would rid you of the problem altogether.

Sounds like an album/stream you have set up to sync. You need to turn off the sync to stop them from coming back.
