Lost contact icon on iPad:

the contact icon on my ipad is no longer there

A simple re-install should do the trick for this issue.

It has to be there, somewhere. Look in the folders... or search for it with Spotlight. This picture is from my iPhone, but the process is the same...

Make sure it is not accidentally hidden in a folder but spot light should turn it up no matter where it is like fausty indicated.
