forgot passcode on i phone 5

i downloaded ios 7 update. Now phone wants passcode. I don't know it.
It only gives me choice of emergency or cancel. How can I change passcode.

I don't think there is any way to change it without knowing the old code.

You could hook it up to itunes and restore the iphone. Just hope you have a recent backup.

Recovery mode or iCloud.com - Find my iPhone, then restore.
