All that and no answer?? It is best that you organize your photos in folders for easier management not just for you on your computer but on your iPhone. Once you have done that simply tether your iPhone to iTunes and and go to the top once iTunes recognizes your Phone and at the top where you see your summary bar and so on click on photos. Any folder or album you want on your phone place a check mark in the box next to the folder. Now hit the sync button and once done which might take some time depending on how many photos you want to place on your phone will be synced to your phone on the photos app. That is all there is to it. if you need any further help, Please feel free to ask.

You have several options:

1. Sync the photos via iTunes
2. Email them to yourself
3. Upload them to Dropbox or other cloud storage service and then download them to your device with the associated service's app
