Mophie not working

My juice pack case will not charge my phone. The case shows to be fully charged, but will not charge the phone.
I can charge my phone through an outlet or computer with is in the case, but then the phone battery drains and the pack remains charged.
Is there something in my phone's settings that I need to do?

Friend can I ask you where did you bought the mophie case?
I have an official case bought in Apple/Toronto. And I had a fake mophie case before ( I tought it was original ).
