Iphone5 Calendar bug

My iph5 calendar shows the month dates under the weekdays in the wrong position. For instance, today, October 28th, Monday, the "28" appears under the "T", for Tuesday, instead of under the "M", for MOnday.

This led me to make a wrong appointment.

How to fix this?

I can't replicate the issue at all. My dates and days have been correct since I installed iOS 7, and I use the Native Calendar app daily. I recommend restoring your device and setting it up as new.

I have the same issue in my phone. Maybe something related to dayligh saving time? (we are in DST in Brazil right now)

It's quite possible. There have been recent reports of people in other countries complaining about incorrect times after changing to Daylight Saving Time.
