How to get back the posibilities of control from my car over the iphone 4s after upgrading to ios7?

I would delete the bluetooth partnership and re-connect it to the car.

Settings > Bluetooth > find the car and then click forget this device

Next time you are in the car re-connect the phone to the bluetooth in the car.

Of course I just assumed you are using bluetooth
