me and my mom r getting each others texts messages how do we fix it?

Are you getting duplicate text messages or are you getting hers and she is getting yours?

You both need to create a separate iCloud ID. A lot of families share one Apple ID for purchases, and separate IDs to maintain privacy in regard to email, iMessages, SMS messages, FaceTime, etcetera.
