Verizon Iphone 4s service question

Can I use a sim card from a prepaid verizon phone in a verizon Iphone 4s that service has been terminated but all fees paid.?

For Verizon, the 4S sim is only used for International roaming... Verizon uses the CDMA MEID in their systems... so, yes you could do as you say in your post, but it wouldn't really do anything.
