App Store: Changes in Terms and Conditions when updating or downloading

Received alerts from Ap Store indicating pending updates for Twitter, Messenger, Facebook etc. I press "update" and a notification comes up that says"There is a change in Terms and Conditions from the Ap Store. .. 56 pages of it.. at the end there is no button to "accept" the conditions. Therefore can't update or download.
