Is anyone else having trouble receiving calls since the iOS 7.0.2 update?

I cannot answer since I have kept to iOS 7 and have heard a few negative things about 7.0.2 be true or not. I am content where I am but someone if you are patient will come along and answer your call. Thank you for waiting.

My mother in law was... She took it to a Verizon store (which was her first problem) and they said they couldn't fix it so she upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy s4. I told her she should have taken it to Apple. So far I guess she is happy with her new phone but I think she will regret going to Android.

No. If you continue to experience problems you can restore as new and see if that corrects the this issue. I would first try resetting your network under the settings menu as this might help without the need to restore.
