Mophie juice pack (purple) will not charge

I have a low fee juice pack for my iPhone 4 . It has not charged, for at least 4 months and I have been too busy to try to contact anyone, about it. Please send me a shipping label( Ricky 57@aloha.net), so I can send it back and get another purple juice back. Thank you, Rick Salyer
