IPhone 5s problem

iMore Question

While sending an iMessage, my phone decided to reboot on its on. Now it is stuck in reboot mode and will not complete the reboot before it starts over. It's been "rebooting" for 3 days. I've tried rebooting it myself, but it just goes back to the same thing. Any advice??? Thanks.

Hey buddy, sorry to hear about your phone rebooting, i would perform a soft reset. It is when you hold the power and sleep button together till the phone turns off then switch your phone back on. Let me ono what happens after this.

Tried it several times. It doesn't work.

This is going to suck but what I would recommend is putting the phone into DFU mode(search). Then connect to iTunes it will tell you there is an iPhone in recovery mode. Hit the restore option which will download the latest iOS version and reload your phone from scratch. If you haven't backed up either through iCloud or iTunes you'll lose stuff. If you have then after the reload just restore from last backup. If that doesn't work take it in to Apple and get a replacement.
