I have a twitter account from the app on my ipad but no picture. How can I add a profile picture

I believe you have to do that from Twitter's web interface on computer... upload one...

Upon further review... the "stock" app from Twitter... on the bottom of the app - tap "Me"... then tap the 'gear' on the middle left of the app... tap 'edit profile'... tap 'Photo" - you get an option to take one, or use existing.

While in the official Twitter app, do the following:

1. Select the "Me" option (bottom right corner).
2. Tap on the cogwheel icon
3. Select "Edit profile"
4. Select "Photo".
5. Select to "Take photo" or "Choose existing photo".
