Iphone 5S wont sync apps and music

Hi help please upgraded from 4s to 5s did the back up and sync but its not showing the apps or music on the phone but shows them on the home screens on itunes also cant seem to get it to ffind blue tooth devices needed for hands free in the car

Just reboot your iPhone 5S and see if that will clear the problem. It usually does. If not, try restoring your 5S again.
