IOS problem accessing facetime

Hi - I've downloaded IOS7 on my iPhone but cannot access Facetime as it will not recoognise my itunes/Apple login details (these are accepted on others APS though!). I've tried the iMore suggestion but it won't ''activate' - it just continually says 'waiting for activation' - HELP PLEASE
