Watch won’t pair

Second time this year my watch just lost connection and won’t repair with my phone. I previously brought it to the Apple store and they sent it out for repair but they couldn’t figure out what was wrong and sent it back. It randomly just started working again for a month and now it won’t pair again.... any suggestions?

2. Is your iPhone using the latest iOS version?
3. How many Bluetooth devices do you have connected to your iPhone at the same time?

Yeah all the software was up to date. After around ten hard restarts it paired up again.

Only Bluetooth devices that were connected are my watch and AirPods
