    2650 exercise minutes, or 91 minutes/day. (I averaged 72/day in January but was on vacation, but that's still a big increase over last month. Surprising.)

    2230 (82.6/day) exercise minutes. That's a little more than January and in 3 fewer days. It will definitely be a challenge.

    I was having an issue with my phone that required me to reset it and rebuild from scratch, so of course I had to do the same for my watch. And now I have a new February challenge - close your exercise ring 24 times in February. This will almost surely happen. (I will see how I am doing against the 2650 minutes though, just out of curiosity.)

    Its been a rainy Feb here so that has limited my outdoor miles . The challenge is to close all 3 activity rings 26 times so far have closed them 12 times.I have jury duty on the 24th so that will make it unlikely i get my 15 miles in for that day. I need everyday left of the month to complete the challenge.
    I don't jog or run in the rain
    But I did get the Limited Heart Month Challenge completed

    Unless something unexpected interrupts my progress I should close all my circles after all . I have 4 days left to make the 26 day requirement. I closed them 22 days so far.There are 5 days left in the month .

    I hurt my knee a few years back to. My body turned to run but my foot was still planted in the other direction so twisted leg.

    In January my knee turned while I lost balance in a squat position so I've had to significantly dial back my running game in order to rehab it. It's a lot better but I'm not where I use to be as far as my running goals are concerned. I'm a very competitive person especially with myself so it's hard for me to sit out when I want so badly to compete but I have to listen to body since age is not on my side anymore.
